    We take pride in creating unique, handcrafted items made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain a strict non-refundable policy. Please read the following carefully:

    • All sales are final: Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
    • Custom orders: Each item is made specifically for you based on your chosen specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders.
    • Production timeline: Our stated production time of 2-4 weeks is an estimate. While we strive to meet this timeline, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.
    • Order cancellations:
      • Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing an order may be accommodated, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
      • After 24 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
    • Quality assurance: We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue.
    • Shipping damages: While we package our items with utmost care, damage during transit can occur. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photos of the damage and packaging.
    • Color variations: Due to the natural properties of wood and handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the unique character of each piece.
    • Care instructions: We provide care instructions with each product. Damage resulting from improper use or care is not eligible for refund or replacement.

    Kingston Metropolitan Area: We offer personal hand delivery for all orders within the Kingston metropolitan area.

    • Delivery is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
    • A specific delivery date and time window will be arranged with you once your order is ready.
    • There is no additional charge for hand delivery within Kingston.
    • Delivery Timeframe:
      • Hand deliveries are typically made within 1-3 business days after your order is completed.
      • We'll contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

    Areas Outside Kingston:

    • Knutsford Express Delivery:
      • For locations outside of Kingston, we utilize Knutsford Express bus services for reliable and safe delivery.
      • Packages are sent to the Knutsford Express terminal nearest to your location.
    • Shipping Costs:
      • Shipping fees via Knutsford Express are calculated based on the size and weight of your package and the destination.
      • The exact shipping cost will be provided at checkout or communicated to you before finalizing your order.
    • Delivery Timeframe:
      • Packages are typically sent via Knutsford Express within 1-3 business days after your order is completed.
      • Delivery to the destination terminal usually takes 1-2 additional business days, depending on the location.
    • Pick-up Responsibility:
      • You will be responsible for picking up your package from the designated Knutsford Express terminal.
      • We'll provide you with the tracking information and estimated arrival time at the terminal.
    • Identification Required:
