All sales are final:

Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

 

Custom orders:

Each item is made specifically for you based on your chosen specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for custom orders.

Production timeline:

Our stated production time of 2-4 weeks is an estimate. While we strive to meet this timeline, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Order cancellations:
Cancellations requested within 24 hours of placing an order may be accommodated, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
After 24 hours, or once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Quality assurance:

We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards. In the unlikely event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the issue.

Shipping damages:

While we package our items with utmost care, damage during transit can occur. If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear photos of the damage and packaging.

Color variations:

Due to the natural properties of wood and handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects but rather part of the unique character of each piece.
